Telehone table redo

This little old table was in desperate need of a redo so I painted it with Annie Sloan chalk paint in Duck Egg Blue, lightly sanded it to age it a little bit, and added a coat of furniture wax.  I added a new drawer pull and I think this table is a real beauty now, don't you?

I'm getting in my vacation mood today.  We always vacation in Maine.  Maine is our home-away-from-home.  I made this adorable dish towel to take with us.  I bought a plain white dish towel at Walmart, downloaded an image from Karen the Graphics Fairy's website and printed it on Lesley Riley's TAP Transfer Artist Paper (highly recommended by Karen).  I ironed on the transfer using the instructions in the package.  I do love the way it turned out and, I agree with Karen, this transfer paper is the best! Now, ready for some lobstah?

My Grandfather's table

I painted this cute little table some time ago with Annie Sloan's chalk paint in Old White.  This little table belonged to my deceased grandfather.  I finally got around to adding some French Graphics I found on Karen the Graphics Fairy's website http://www.graphicsfairy.blogspot.com/.  I printed out the graphics then used carbon paper to transfer the image outline with my stylus.  I then handpainted the image with black acrylic craft paint.
